Bubbly Blackberry Mule

This stunning drink is loaded with fresh flavors, and it is only sweetened from the natural sugars of the blackberries. You can easily swap the blackberries for another berry of your choice such as raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries. Pour up this seven-ingredient cocktail and just picture yourself perched on a stool at the Tropical Bar on deck of one of our tall ships. The sea breeze is gently ruffling your hair, the sails are catching the wind, and there's not a worry in the world. Ahh, sounds like paradise.

Instructions

1. In a shaker muddle the blackberries, mint sprigs and lemon juice. Add the vodka and stir to combine.

2. Strain over glasses filled with ice until half full. Top with soda and finish up with a splash of champagne.
